1Q, LLC is an online consumer engagement platform that provides companies with candid consumer feedback and real-time insights. 1Q, LLC delivers real time insights to a broad range of customers through a DIY platform and responses from real people.  In accordance with ISO 20252:2019, 1Q, LLC declares the following research services are included in our portfolio:

Annex A Sampling including access panels – 1Q, LLC provides a proprietary panel of respondents that customers access via the 1Q online platform

Annex E Self completion – Our respondents keep their demographic profile up-to-date and complete their surveys via the 1Q app or SMS.

1Q has opted to exclude Annexes B Fieldwork, Annex C Physical Observation, Annex D Digital Observation and Annex F Data management and processing from their attestation.
