Dig Insights is a global full-service market research firm that provides tech-enabled insights. As a leader in innovation and tech-driven research, Dig Insights has designed, operates, and provides its Upsiide application to clients to enable them to answer questions and gain insights more easily. This software-as-a-service (SaaS) provides access to online market research panels and samples.
Dig Insights attested scope of services for ISO 20252:2019 includes its Core Elements and all six of its Annexes. Dig Insights has elected to exclude the clauses described below as the organization does not provide services applicable to these clauses.
Annex A Sampling including access panels Dig Insights defines and establishes the sampling requirements of any research study with its clients as part of its project activities, as defined within the ISO 20252 standard. These requirements are used by Dig Insights personnel and approved subcontractors when identifying participants.
Excluded Clause A.5 and its sub-clauses: Dig Insights does not design, implement, manage, or otherwise operate Access Panels as a part of its operations or services. Where access panels are utilized, they are managed and operated by approved subcontractors who are managed in alignment with Clause 4.4
Annex B Fieldwork Dig Insights ensures that all fieldworkers who provide services as part of a research project are qualified, trained, and meet the requirements of the ISO 20252 standard. Qualitative fieldwork, data validation, and reporting are all completed as required by the ISO 20252 standard.
Excluded: Clause B.5 and its sub-clauses: Dig Insights does not perform telephone or CATI data collection as part of its operations and services. Where these forms of data collection are utilized, they are managed and operated by approved subcontractors who are managed in alignment with Clause 4.4
Annex C Physical observation As part of its qualitative fieldwork, Dig Insights may perform physical observational methodologies through its personnel or approved subcontractors. These individuals are advised on what details of their activities require project briefing, what needs to be documented, and how it is reported to clients.
Annex D Digital observation Dig Insights may collect data using passive methodologies through its personnel or approved subcontractors as part of its fieldwork. These individuals are advised on how to approach proposals and tenders, and the execution of projects using these methodologies.
Annex E Self completion Through the operation of its Upsiide application or approved subcontractors, Dig Insights performs online market research samples, which are used for data collection with self-completion methodologies where participants complete and return questionnaires.
Excluded: Clause E.3.2: As described in Annex A, Dig Insights does not manage Access Panels as part of its operations or services. Where approved subcontractors manage and operate these panels, Dig Insights requires them to adhere to the requirements of this clause in alignment with Clause 4.4
Annex F Data management and processing Dig Insights has implemented processes and procedures for data analysis and processing which align with the requirements of the ISO 20252 standard. These processes and procedures are used by Dig Insights personnel and approved subcontractors.
Excluded: Clause F.2 and its sub-clauses: Dig Insights does not utilize physical documents, such as paper surveys, as part of its operations or services. Where approved subcontractors utilize this type of data collection and entry, they are required to adhere to the requirements of this clause as part of Dig Insights’ alignment with Clause 4.4
