Statement of Applicability – Effective 10 February 2026
Opensurvey Inc. declares that its Research Process Management System (RPMS) complies with the requirements of ISO 20252:2019. The scope of certification covers the provision of online and mobile market research services, including sampling, data collection, and data processing.

Pursuant to Clause 4.1.1 of the standard, the following Annexes are attested:

Annex A – Sampling including Access Panels. Opensurvey manages and maintains our own proprietary access panels and also utilize external access panels to conduct sampling activities for research projects.

Annex E – Self-completion. Opensurvey conducts online and mobile surveys in which respondents complete questionnaires without interviewer intervention.

Annex F – Data management and processing. Opensurvey performs data validation, cleaning, coding, editing, and tabulation of research data.

Opensurvey has elected to exclude Annex B – Fieldwork, Annex C – Physical observation,  and Annex D – Digital observation from this attestation.
