#QualityForAll Welcomes Chris Foley of MedSurvey as Its Newest Ambassador

The #QualityForAll initiative, a global campaign working to increase adoption of the ISO 20252 market research and insights standard for best practices, proudly announces the appointment of Chris Foley, Director of Data Operations/ISO Quality Manager at MedSurvey, as its newest Ambassador.
As a long-time advocate for operational excellence, Foley brings over two decades of experience in data operations and compliance to the #QualityForAll mission. In his new role, he joins current Ambassadors Alexandrine de Montera, Chief Product Officer/ISO Quality Officer at Full Circle Research, and Sanjeev Dixit, Vice President/ISO Quality Manager of Reason Research in helping drive awareness, education and commitment to the ISO 20252 standard across the insights industry worldwide.
“Quality isn’t just a goal—it’s a responsibility,” said Chris Foley, reflecting on his appointment. “I’m proud to align with an initiative that isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and advocate for stronger standards in best practices across the entire research ecosystem.”
The #QualityForAll initiative was launched in 2022 by the Certification Institute for Research Quality (CIRQ) and Full Circle Research, in partnership with leading organizations across the insights space. It aims to make ISO 20252 more accessible, understandable and actionable for research firms of all sizes—whether they’re exploring certification, currently certified or simply seeking to improve internal processes.
