Full Circle’s Alexandrine de Montera Joins Global #QualityForAll Initiative as Newest Ambassador

#QualityForAll, the international initiative championing ISO 20252 certification across the insights industry, is thrilled to welcome Alexandrine de Montera, Chief Product Officer and ISO Quality Officer at Full Circle Research, as its newest Ambassador. In her dual role—leading product strategy while overseeing ISO compliance—she brings a rare combination of operational depth, industry foresight and advocacy for scalable quality practices.
She assumed the role of ISO Quality Manager following long-time Full Circle team member Olivia Trujillo, who helped steward the company’s ISO certification responsibilities during a pivotal period of growth. With Full Circle expanding its global footprint and commitment to continuous improvement, the baton was naturally passed to de Montera—who brought with her a deep understanding of the ISO 20252 standard and a personal passion for advancing quality across the research ecosystem.

In addition to her leadership at Full Circle, she now serves as Board Chair for CIRQ, further reinforcing her position at the intersection of industry quality, standardization and education. As an Ambassador, she joins Sanjeev Dixit of Reason Research in championing ISO 20252 certification as a scalable, accessible standard that enhances research integrity and transparency at every level.
